Store company and project media, and send guests a temporary link without a full portal login.

Library
- Open Library (or a company library).
- Upload or browse files your workspace keeps for that company / context. In an internal folder you can drop one or more files (or use Upload) — video, image, and audio. When you drop several images, Clippter asks whether to create separate cards or one image set (gallery on a single card). On a file card, use ⋯ → Rename to change the display name, ⋯ → Replace file for a new version of the same asset (one file only), or ⋯ → Add variant… to attach a child like a quote deliverable: Format (extra aspect), Subs, Translation, Short, Snippet, Stills, or Extra (pick a language for Subs / Translation, then choose the file). Dropping multiple images on a card can add them to that set. On an image set, ⋯ → Cover photo downloads the thumbnail image; ⋯ → All images downloads every photo in the set (including format variants that are also sets). Open the set and use Download there for This photo or All images. Format pills (1:1 / 4:5 / …) stay available on the same card when those variants exist — switch format to browse that set’s slides. On a folder card, use ⋯ → Rename, ⋯ → Share folder, or ⋯ → Delete. On Internal root cards, use ⋯ → Move to client… to move a folder (and its subfolders) into a client library — pick the client and optionally a destination folder such as
Vooruit 2024. Drag file or folder cards onto another folder (or a breadcrumb) to move them within the same tree, or use ⋯ → Move and pick any folder in the same client tree (including subfolders). Use Sort to order folders and files by date (newest first by default) or name. - Client folders (no project): On Library, under Clients, use New folder, pick the client, and name the folder. Files for that client stay under the client — not under Internal. Later projects for the same client appear on the same company page. Inside a folder use New folder again for subfolders (up to 5 levels), e.g. campaign → Photos / Videos.
- Internal folders accept video, image, and audio (for example MP3/WAV/M4A). Client folders use the same upload types. Subfolders work the same way under Internal.
- New library videos use Bunny Stream (HLS), same as review — Stream supplies the thumbnail. Image and audio stay on object storage.
- On a project’s deliverables grid, hover a ready video card and move left/right to scrub a quick preview (Frame.io-style line). Scrub only appears after encoding finishes and the thumbnail is ready — you can still share and play the original while Bunny is encoding. Stills and photo sets with more than one image show the count on the card (for example 12 stills or 12 images).
- On a card with several sizes, Download lists each format and ends with All formats (Originals). Next to each funnel heading, Download folder grabs every original in that funnel. At the top of the project, Download all takes the whole project (respecting the Type filter).

On a company library page use Preview portal (everyone) to open the client view, and Portal access (roles that can edit project settings) to invite contacts so they log in to the client portal and see those folders — instead of only using a guest share link. Inside a client folder the same actions sit next to Share folder. In the portal company Media Library, clients see Folders first (year folders expand when present) and can switch to All assets; Extended search + Request access is covered in Client portal.
Approved review finals can land in library flows depending on your process. Day-to-day client playback for a live job usually goes through video review and the portal.
Create a share link
- Open the media you want to share, or go to Share links (
/media-library/share-links) for an overview. - Use Share folder, Share project, or Share projects — one button opens a dialog with any existing links for that scope (copy / open / manage) and a New link form below.
- Optional password: shown once; copy it now.
- Choose how long the link stays valid: days, up to 1 year, Custom, or Never (until you revoke or delete it).
Folder cards show a total file count (including files in subfolders) and a cover from nested media when the folder itself is empty.

On the company library, Share projects is at the top; each project card also has Share project. Inside a project, Share project sits next to Name / Type.
Name (Clippter by default, or File) sets both the titles on deliverable cards and the filenames you download — portal and share links follow the same workspace setting. Clippter downloads use the card title for every format (Main, 4:5, 9:16), with the aspect in the filename so siblings stay unique. When a deliverable family has more than one spoken language or subtitle variant, Clippter also appends a locale marker (NL-subs, ENG-subs, DE, no-subs). With only one language setup, that marker is omitted. File uses the upload filename when stored; otherwise the quote line name (same as the card). See Company workflow.
Guest URL shape: /share/[token] (“Shared media”). Folder, project, and multi-project shares with multiple assets open as a grid (Sort By group shows the same funnel headings as the portal Media Library); guests click an item to review, then ← All media to go back. When a deliverable has Hooks set above 1 on the quote, cards show a Hook 1 / Hook 2 badge (plus Main 9:16 or other format pills) so each opening is easy to tell apart. Quantity alone (e.g. qty 3 with no hooks) creates three Main assets — those are not labeled as hooks. On ready Bunny videos in that grid, hover and move left/right to scrub a quick preview (same as deliverable cards in the media library). When the link allows downloads: Download all (whole link), Download folder next to each funnel, and on a card Download (one format or All formats). Video downloads list Original (best quality) as soon as the file is on Bunny; compressed options (1080p, 720p, …) appear after encoding finishes — same menu in the share viewer and on grid cards. On iPhone, tap Save… in the browser bar and choose Files. Feedback can be on or off per link. Talent share uses /share/talent/[token] when you share talent profiles.

Things that trip people up
- Putting client archive under Internal — use Clients → New folder and pick the client instead.
- Expecting share links to replace portal review.
- Losing the password after create (it is shown once).
- Links that expire while the client still needs access — extend, recreate with Never, or use the portal.
- Hitting storage limits without checking Settings → Storage.
- Internal library videos use Bunny Stream (HLS), same as review — guests get adaptive playback. Image and audio stay on object storage.
- If a video is still encoding, wait until the card shows ready, then open or share.
- Hover scrub on deliverable cards and guest share grids needs a finished encode + thumbnail. While Bunny is still encoding you can already share/play the original; scrub appears once the poster is there.
