Store company and project media, and send guests a temporary link without a full portal login.

Library
- Open Library (or a company library).
- Upload or browse files your workspace keeps for that company / context. In an internal folder you can drop one or more files (or use Upload) — video, image, and audio.
- Internal folders accept video, image, and audio (for example MP3/WAV/M4A).
- New library videos use Bunny Stream (HLS), same as review — Stream supplies the thumbnail. Image and audio stay on object storage.
- On a project’s deliverables grid, hover a ready video card and move left/right to scrub a quick preview (Frame.io-style line). Scrub only appears after encoding finishes and the thumbnail is ready — you can still share and play the original while Bunny is encoding.
- On a card with several sizes, Download lists each format and ends with All formats (Originals). Next to each funnel heading, Download folder grabs every original in that funnel. At the top of the project, Download all takes the whole project (respecting the Type filter).

Approved review finals can land in library flows depending on your process. Day-to-day client playback for a live job usually goes through video review and the portal.
Create a share link
- Open Share links (or create from the media you want to share).
- Choose Create share link — or use Share, Share folder, or Share project from the library.
- Optional password: shown once; copy it now.
- Choose how long the link stays valid: days, up to 1 year, Custom, or Never (until you revoke or delete it).

On the company library, Share projects is at the top; each project card also has Share project. Inside a project, Share project sits next to Name / Type.
Name (Clippter by default, or File) sets both the titles on deliverable cards and the filenames you download — portal and share links follow the same workspace setting. File uses the upload filename when stored; otherwise the quote line name (same as the card). See Company workflow.
Guest URL shape: /share/[token] (“Shared media”). Folder, project, and multi-project shares with multiple assets open as a grid (Sort By group shows the same funnel headings as the portal Media Library); guests click an item to review, then ← All media to go back. On ready Bunny videos in that grid, hover and move left/right to scrub a quick preview (same as deliverable cards in the media library). When the link allows downloads: Download all (whole link), Download folder next to each funnel, and on a card Download (one format or All formats). Feedback can be on or off per link. Talent share uses /share/talent/[token] when you share talent profiles.

Things that trip people up
- Expecting share links to replace portal review.
- Losing the password after create (it is shown once).
- Links that expire while the client still needs access — extend, recreate with Never, or use the portal.
- Hitting storage limits without checking Settings → Storage.
- Internal library videos use Bunny Stream (HLS), same as review — guests get adaptive playback. Image and audio stay on object storage.
- If a video is still encoding, wait until the card shows ready, then open or share.
- Hover scrub on deliverable cards and guest share grids needs a finished encode + thumbnail. While Bunny is still encoding you can already share/play the original; scrub appears once the poster is there.
