These are the columns on Projects → Pipeline Based (Pre-production → Archived by default). Rename and reorder them, or add custom work phases. Delivered and Archived keep system roles (delivery and archive rules) — you can rename them but not remove them.

Settings → Project workflow → Project phases (/settings/project/pipeline-phases).
Rename and reorder
- Edit Display name.
- Move up / Move down for board order.
Add a work phase
Enter a name → Add phase. New columns appear on the pipeline board. Dragging a project into a new column creates that phase on the project if needed.
Restore defaults
Restore default pipeline phases re-inserts missing built-ins (Pre-production, Production, Post-production, Delivered, Archived). Custom phases are not removed.

- Asset phases — Asset Based columns / review cut numbers
