Manage your Clippter plan, seats, and billing details.
Where to find it
Settings → Subscription & Billing (/settings/subscription). Some entry points use /pay and redirect here.
You need subscription management permission. Usually that's the owner.
What you can do
- See trial or paid status
- Add or reduce seats (see Seats and ownership transfer)
- Open Stripe to manage payment method and invoices
- Reactivate if the subscription lapsed
Seats & team shows how many seats are in use. Add a seat before inviting when you are full. Reduce seats only when you have spare capacity after people leave.
If the workspace is inactive or canceled, people may be blocked until an owner renews.
Common mistakes
- Removing seats while people are still active members.
- Letting trial end without a payment method when you still need access.
- Asking every teammate to “fix billing” when only subscription managers can.
