Make quotes, invoices, and the app show the right company identity.
Company Details
Open Settings → Company Details.
Set legal name, trading or display name, address, and country. Country drives public holidays and regional tax / bank field labels.
Branding
Open Settings → Company Branding for logo, colours, and social links. Full steps: Company Branding.
Contact
Open Settings → Company Contact.
Add primary (and optional secondary) contact name, email, and phone for company-facing use.
Trading names
Open Settings → Trading names when you invoice or quote under more than one name or logo. Enable Use multiple trading names, then add each label. Full guide: Trading names.
Workspace account
Open Settings → Workspace account.
- Name appears in invitations and across the app. Do not leave a placeholder like “My workspace”.
- Email capture (CC address for Communications) is toggled here. Full guide: Capture client emails with CC.
Things that trip people up
- Wrong country: holiday calendars and finance field labels will not match your market.
- Logo in Branding, legal name still empty.
- Multiple brands without Trading names turned on.
- Turning on email capture but never copying the address from Communications or this page.
