Logo, colours, fonts, and social links used in the app and on Custom quotes.
Where
Settings → Company Branding (/settings/company/branding).
For a second public name or logo on documents, use Trading names instead of only Branding.
Logos
- Icon logo — square mark for the top bar and small placements. PNG with transparency works well.
- Document logo — wide wordmark for Custom quotes and PDFs. Prefer PNG/WebP with a transparent background. Separate from the icon logo — it is not filled in automatically.
Fonts
Heading and body fonts from Google Fonts (searchable; includes fonts such as Outfit). Applied on Custom quotes when Custom quotes is enabled. Basic quotes keep the Clippter default font. If your brand font is not listed, use the info icon next to Fonts to contact support.
Colours
Primary, Secondary, Accent, and Text. Custom quotes use these for borders, links, titles, and accents.
Online presence
Website and social URLs.
Things that trip people up
- Logo in Branding, legal name still empty on Company Details.
- Expecting fonts/document logo on Basic quotes — turn on Custom quotes and set the quote to Custom.
- Multiple agencies / labels without enabling Trading names.
