These are the columns on Projects → Asset Based.
Two kinds:
- Version columns (v0–v5) — linked to edit/video rounds. Most teams keep these so you can see which cut an asset is in. Rename freely; the v-number stays the stable identity.
- Custom (board) — phases you add (e.g. Scripting, Shooting). Name + sort order only; not a new video version.

Settings → Project workflow → Asset phases (/settings/project/asset-edit-rounds).
Rename and reorder
- Edit Display name on a row.
- Use Move up / Move down for left-to-right board order.
Add a custom stage
- Enter a name → Add phase.
- Type shows Custom (board) — not v6/v7.
Restore defaults
Restore default phases (v0–v5) re-inserts any missing built-in version columns. Custom stages are not removed; labels on existing version columns are not overwritten.
