What to do
- Open Storage.
- Check usage by category (review, library, and the other buckets shown).
- Clean up large review or library files when you are near the limit.
- Change plan or storage add-ons under Subscription when that is available for your workspace.
Exact category labels follow the Storage page. Media you keep in the library and review uploads (video, image, and audio) both count toward limits. Owner storage purge for a project or company also removes review audio versions.
