Managers use Time → Dashboard to see how the team’s week looks: logged hours, billable mix, and targets, without opening every person’s My Time.
Where
Time → Dashboard (/time/company). Page title: Dashboard.
You need permission to view team time. Without it you see that you cannot view team time.
What you get
- Company hours this month, Billable this month
- Charts such as Hours by month, Billable vs non-billable, Hours by project, Hours by person, Billable utilization by month, Planned vs used hours
- A week grid (Team column, per-person day cells; absences shown)
- Tracking targets this week and Billable target this week (hints match contract targets)
Billable hours are client-project hours. Internal is non-billable. See How time works.
Local setting: Hide weekends.
How to read it
- Empty or odd capacity → missing work contracts or wrong holidays.
- Billable mix vs each person’s Billable target % → Team tracking overview.
- Tracking target counts project hours (client + internal) and can include approved leave; billable target excludes leave.
Things that trip people up
- Judging the team before contracts exist.
- Mixing the dashboard week with a different month on a report.
- Treating this as bank payroll (cash payroll is Cost / Expenses).
