Client quotes can refuse to move to Sent (or fail export) until Company Finance is complete.
Company Finance hard block
For quotes tied to a client company, Clippter expects banking and tax fields filled under Settings → Company Finance (also Company → Finance). Typical gaps:
- Bank details for your scheme
- Tax ID (label depends on country)
- Finance email or contact email
Internal quotes (no company) skip this check.
Fill the missing fields, save, then send or export again. Broader finance defaults: Company finance.
Softer setup issues
These usually hurt PDF quality or setup nudges more than the hard finance gate:
- No T&Cs variants under Company Legal
- Signature mode needs a personal signature under Personal Information, but none is drawn
- Footer terms link on without a URL
See Terms, footer, and signatures and Personal information.
