Settings → Trash (/trash).
How it works
Deleted quotes, deals, companies, contacts, bank transactions, and similar supported types can show up here.
Actions:
- Restore
- Permanently Delete
- Empty Trash
Items are permanently deleted after about 90 days. Don't treat Trash as a long-term archive.
Common mistakes
- Waiting months to restore something important.
- Permanently deleting when you meant restore.
- Expecting every file type in the media library to appear here the same way as CRM rows.
