Defaults for delivery timing, feedback rounds, quote expiration, and when clients can download content.

Delivery and feedback
- Standard delivery time (same day, express, standard, extended, and the other options on the page)
- Default feedback rounds (including none)
These feed new quotes and project displays when nothing overrides them.
Quote expiration
Default quote expiration in days for new quotes.

When content is downloadable
Controls when library / portal-style downloads are allowed:
- Always available
- After first payment is received
- After final payment is received
Projects can override with Allow downloads before payment. Full guide: Downloads and payments.
Name
Choose whether library cards and downloads use the Clippter deliverable title (default) or File. File prefers the original upload filename; if that was never stored (common on older videos), it uses the quote line name instead — same as the card title. Portal and share follow this workspace setting. You can also set it under Name on a project’s media library page.
Currency note
Currency also shows up in related company settings. Keep it aligned with Company Finance.
Common mistakes
- Tight expiration defaults that expire quotes before clients respond.
- Download rule “after final payment” while clients expect files earlier.
- Changing workflow defaults and expecting every old quote to rewrite itself.
